About the Position

We are searching for a creative visual thinker and product designer who lives at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality. You will lead design across client web platforms, mobile interfaces, and Promix’s own digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and comprehensive design systems in Figma
Design engaging web interfaces, marketing collateral, brand guidelines, and visual assets
Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure flawless implementation of your designs
Conduct user research, journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing web UI/UX, design systems, and brand identities
Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and contemporary design and prototyping tools
Deep understanding of responsive layouts, typography scales, accessibility, and design tokens
Knowledge of HTML/CSS capabilities and how designs translate to front-end engineering
Ability to articulate design decisions with clarity to stakeholders and developers
